O IPC 2026 — International People Congress é organizado pela APG – Associação Portuguesa de Gestão das Pessoas, a maior associação profissional de RH em Portugal, fundada em 1965. Realiza-se nos dias 25 e 26 de Novembro de 2026 no Auditório do ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, Lisboa, Portugal. A primeira edição aborda o tema "Depois da Abundância: Governar Pessoas em Escassez Estrutural", articulando investigação científica, prática organizacional e política pública.IPC 2026 — International People Congress is organised by APG – Associação Portuguesa de Gestão das Pessoas, Portugal's largest HR professional association, founded in 1965. It takes place on 25 and 26 November 2026 at the Auditorium of ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, Lisbon, Portugal. The inaugural edition addresses the theme "After Abundance: Governing People in Structural Scarcity", bridging scientific research, organisational practice and public policy.
